How do I get started?+
Sign up at app.pwr-hr.ai and complete the onboarding chat. The AI will learn about your business and ideal customers, then start finding leads automatically.
How does billing work?+
PowerHour uses a pay-as-you-go model. Top up your balance via Stripe and each AI action (lead discovery, email drafting, research) deducts from your balance. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden fees.
Can I bring my own API keys?+
Yes. You can connect your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Anthropic API keys in Settings. When you use your own keys, AI calls bypass our billing — you only pay your provider directly.
How do I connect my email?+
Go to Settings > Email Accounts and click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook. You'll be redirected to Google or Microsoft to authorise access. PowerHour only requests the permissions needed to send and read emails on your behalf.
Is my data secure?+
All API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use PowerHour with a team?+
Yes. Go to Settings > Team to invite colleagues via email. Team members share a pipeline but each have their own email accounts and agent settings.
How do I delete my account?+
Email support@pwr-hr.ai and we'll process your deletion request within 48 hours. All your data — leads, emails, agent files, and personal information — will be permanently removed within 30 days.
What email providers are supported?+
Gmail and Outlook (Microsoft 365). You can connect multiple accounts and set a primary sending account.
